Problem: You’re attempting to weight-paint every area on your mesh, but for some reason, there are these small, inaccessible areas appearing on your mesh.
Solution:
1. While in “Weight Paint” mode, switch to the “Vertex Selection” mode.
2. Preferably, switch into the “Wireframe” mode, and select your whole mesh.
3. Click on the “Weights” button at the top of your screen, then select the “Set Weight” option from the opening sub-menu.
Note: What I’m suggesting here is just a quick fix, and I advise using it only if you are short on time. These types of issues usually relate to topology problems, or Blender is failing to auto-calculate the weight, to which I proposed a solution in this post.
