This collection was born from a spark of inspiration I had while listening to the Assassin's Creed (Yeap, the very first one!) OST. From there, it drifted into the exalted (if I may) realms of Skyrim, though it then evolved into something uniquely its own. :D While recording this soundtrack, there were a few specific themes playing on a loop in my head though: medieval towns, exploration, things about kingdoms, well basically anything that makes you imagine those times I guess. If your project needs those old-world vibes and atmosphere, this might be what you're looking for!
This album is in the key of D across the majority of the tracks, to keep harmonic consistency and reduce "tonal clash" when players move between different districts, areas or states. 3 out of 5 tracks in this album are looping, which I thought can be used ideally in areas where players linger.
