Redshift 8

Redshift 8 is a royalty-free, space-themed music pack focused on exploration, discovery and cinematic storytelling, and is the direct continuation of Redshift 7, with both albums thematically focusing on space exploration, discovery, new knowledge and maybe the "cost" that comes with it. In this album, rather than focusing on "generic" background music that can be used in any and every project, I wanted every song to represent a "somewhat distinct", almost emotional moment for every individual who hears it. I don't know if it makes sense, but maybe I could describe it as; an imagination or feeling, always resembles a moment in a journey, drifting through space, discovering new worlds, or confronting the unknown, but in a somewhat cozy way? Anyway, just like Redshift 7, Redshift 8 also leans heavily into ambient and atmospheric soundscapes, using warm, airy textures to evoke feelings of hope, wonder, and serenity, while reminding the listener that there is a subtle isolation; something, that is off, a lingering sense of loneliness in the background maybe.

These tracks could work well for open-world exploration games or large enough levels that allow room for discovery, or maybe sci-fi short films, YouTube videos or space documentary-style content. Basically, any creative project that benefits from a sense of scale and discovery. In this pack, I didn’t want exploration to always feel peaceful and I hope Redshift 8 reflects that balance. The total duration is 35 minutes, with 11 songs that are looping and 2 songs that are non-looping. A separate text file is, of course, included with the download, indicating which tracks loop, song key information, etc. All tracks are, as is always the case with my packs, royalty-free, stream-cleared and approved for commercial use, and can be used safely on YouTube, Twitch, in video games and mobile apps and movies. If your project calls for music that feels spacious, emotional and somewhat cinematic, Redshift 8 could be the one that delivers what you are looking for, since it offers a balanced collection of calm exploration themes and more powerful action tracks designed to enhance atmosphere, storytelling and immersion. If your project needs very specific tracks or you'd like to expand the atmosphere of your world with more music, you can also contact me here. I offer great discounts for indie or creative people on a low budget.
